Ballard Family is full service interior remodeling company based in Wichita, KS. We create bespoke designs for residential spaces that are tailored to our clients’ lifestyles and desires. Client satisfaction and quality of craft are of utmost importance to us.
Growing up Mrs. Ballard help with renovation work with her mom who work strictly with real estate agents. Mr. Ballard help his family in restoring Victorian homes. Our experience with traveling has help with bringing different assets to clients and uniqueness of variety of styles.
Experience: Working with home owners, Property Managements, Hotel director of engineering, HUD homes, disaster relief homes, new builds finalization, Real Estate Agents, Investors, Full interior restoration, Kitchen and Bathroom remodeling and flipping homes.
Services provided but not limited:
Drywall -Install, mudding, texturing.
Painting- trim, window, doors, cabinets, ceiling, walls, concrete floor.
Finish work- Install and repair of window/door trim, baseboards, and crown molding.
Door- Install new Interior/exterior door, sliding door, repair door, install new hardware (hinges, doorknob).
Bathroom- Toilet install, vanity install, new sink, install faucets, new tubs, tile walls, mirror, new shower/tub kits, bathroom hardware, exhaust fan, electrical and plumbing.
Kitchen- Install new cabinets, appliance installs (microwave, hood, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator) new countertop, backsplash, install sink and faucet electrical, and plumbing.
Electrical- Install of new light fixtures, ceiling fans, light switches, GFCI, and receptacles.
Extra- Demolition, New build (walls, pony walls, divider), and Cleaning.
Nate and Shauna of Coastal Expert Services did a great job on my house! Installed a new tile backsplash in my kitchen and deep cleaned and re-caulked my bathrooms. They have a dedication to quality craftmanship, and an attention to detail. Their experience in cleaning and remodeling here in Kansas and in South Carolina brought us a wealth of knowledge to our projects that helped them turn out great! They also were able to assess existing tile and grout and suggest improvements. They found failing grout in a shower and suggested ways to fix it. In all they can persevere through challenges they are given! It is also comforting to know they are accredited by the BBB and are licensed AND insured.
